BIG label printer. You MUST have a computer that you can connect to to use this label printer. The machine has 2 functions: 1 - "Light" mode. No software required, just plug it in and it will show up as a drive letter you click. The second mode is designed for more serious tasks with the included software. Just like using Word. An editor will appear that allows you to choose fonts, font sizes and automatically adjust the font for text with an extra line. You can insert symbols, images, print barcodes, change orientation on the fly - pretty much anything you can do with Word. The machine also uses tapes of different widths, automatically adjusts to the width and automatically cuts the labels. The ONLY downside I can find is that there is an extra unused ribbon (about 2.5cm) on each label before and after printing. so that the label protrudes sufficiently from the machine when cutting. Either take care of the excess label or cut it off yourself. Little problem. It makes old keyboard labellers look old.
