The level of support for this product is unmatched in our industry. From installation to implementation, all aspects are supported with excellent staff that know and understand their products well. There have been some minor changes over time but there has never been any problems or issues related to those updates. I recommend using AWS managed services because they have an outstanding team backing them up 100%. We use Amazon cloud as part of the core infrastructure at work so being able to monitor key metrics via dashboards made sense since it allows us to see how we're doing across both internal applications and external cloud providers like AWS.
