I tested the firmness by tugging on it a few times and it held up well, but the material wasn't comfortable. It had a plastic feel and constantly scratched the skin. The adjustable feature worked, but it doesn't work as smoothly as other adjustable bracelets, and it's also difficult to get a good grip to pull it back together after it's stretched to its largest size. After minimal interaction, the infinity sign was already sliding, causing it to become distorted. The poem was written with terrible grammar and was confusing. Reading other reviews of discoloration and rusting after contact with water I will definitely stay away from water but it is clear that this may not look good in the long run. It seems humbling to me to give such a gift. Given its price and all its shortcomings, I don't think this product is worth buying again.
