Used to black out a license plate kit for my wrangler. It worked well when layered multiple times. I lined up about 4 pieces and cut them to my needs and then applied them. He dimmed the lights just enough for the other drivers to carry him out! The only concern will be durability. I have a surplus of extra foil, but I don't want to constantly apply it in winter/summer. My jeep is in the garage with the foil facing the street and without direct sunlight. I will update in a week once we have snow and more moisture exposure.
