Review on TradeSoft by Justin Reese

I like that it is easy for me as an estimator/manager of my own field crew, but also available when subcontractors are in trouble or need advice with estimating projects within their control area; sometimes they don't know where all this information comes out so we can help them get there! They did not make changes requested by us until very late into our project life cycle which made management difficult at times if you wanted anything done sooner than scheduled (we were managing multiple trades). Good software should be simple enough such one person could use without training - too many bells / whistles makes more people want staff who understand how things work rather then train new users quickly once trained-which takes time away form other duties etc.
