Looks like an OE and installs fairly easily on a 2010 RAV4

If your car doesn't warn you that it's time to change your air filter, or the dealer or someone else tells you, it's very easy to forget it now compared to years ago. Service intervals are now much longer, and modern vehicle ECM systems can automatically adjust when less air is needed (because a dirty air filter is limiting performance). re is simply held in place by a couple of clips, and the bodywork is usually kept clear of the engine compartment. In any case, changing the air filter on the 2010 RAV4 was mostly easy and this non-original filter replaced the existing one. Big. I think it was actually a bit harder to get the old one out. The only thing I had a problem with was that I had broken off the vacuum line that connects to the back of the top of the air filter housing and was driving the car with the line disconnected, causing some lights to come on on the dash. . After locating and reconnecting the disconnected vacuum line, the engine ran better, but it took a few days for the dashboard light to turn off automatically. So, in my experience, the hardest part is making sure everything is in good condition under the hood. as you left it after replacing the air filter. I think I should add that I'm a bit older and my eyesight isn't that good, so this is probably the most accurate.
