The design of the trolleys is borderline and the execution is even worse. There is a metal band holding the three cups that hold the racks. This belt is too close to the wheels and could possibly interfere with the rotation of the wheels. The top supports are not held in place by anything, so they can easily be pulled out if a load is dropped. Not sure! The WORST of all the cups that hold the post break easily because they are poorly spot welded on only one side. The workers who assemble them have to be paid piecemeal because almost the notch is securely welded. Things are simply welded together with oven mitts and left like that! Bottom line - if you buy this, be prepared to make it almost completely new!
