It arrived today and was up and running in just minutes. The quick start guide is accompanied by an appendix that provides instructions for pairing with the DISH Hopper. Formatting takes about 10 minutes, and a progress bar and timer will show you how much time is left. You can start moving the recordings to the new hard drive, which will show up as 'Other Devices' on the DVR's Recordings page. Enjoy viewing.
