You received a faulty capture card, please buy elsewhere

I purchased this product after reading positive online reviews saying it was the best deal for budget capture cards. I would agree if this thing really works. I couldn't get this thing to go above 720p/30fps without the screen looking VERY static (I literally couldn't figure out what was going on). I returned it and bought the no through version of this capture card and it has worked like clockwork so far so I highly recommend this card.
