Wave Radio/CD player was in good condition. The clock setting only works in reverse. The volume got stuck at 50. We chose to keep it rather than return it with these defects because we really wanted that particular model and not the front loader model. We had so many problems sending our front loader and 3 CD attachment back to the manufacturer for repair that we gave up. We've had one of the best CD loaders for years and it still works great. We just needed a different system in a different room. We can live with it. Just disappointed that non-working parts were not simply handed over to us at the time of purchase.
