I really loved that I could get some cream. AND THEN.

I really liked that I could get some cream. There seemed to be a problem with the "pump" working and I could barely get it to pump water. The cream flowed out of the base and made a mess. Couldn't open it so it was a waste of time. I would like to be able to use all of this because I liked it. I won't buy it again as I've hardly used anything I paid for. :(****UPDATE****** The amazing staff and Body Merry saw my comment and came right over! Alex sent me a replacement for the bottle that was having issues. I was so amazed by the great customer service! You even took a step forward and I really appreciate the generosity!Great products (I'll get another product and will leave a review - thanks Alex!) and fantastic customer service!
