Review on ๐Ÿฆถ Adult CTSC Foot Line 250Lb by Anthony Watkins

Revainrating 4 out of 5

**Updated**: Broken hitch and (not so) empty promises.

**Update!** After writing the one star review below, I was quickly contacted by the company regarding the promised parts which I received in less than a week. Apparently they were out of the office and my second email regarding delivery time and tracking number was ignored. (Why the spare parts were not sent after the first communication with them is unknown). I still give the product four stars because the zipline itself does what I wanted it to do and the kids love it. I think we only got one hitch lemon otherwise it would have been perfect from the start. I wouldn't give full 5 stars due to problems communicating with the company. All in all it was a good purchase that I do not regret. First guess: We bought a 50ft zipline that didn't have a seat. With two adults, assembly was fairly easy. He had a big security problem. Apparently the leash was broken. We set everything up, tightened it up and were ready to fly. But any pressure on the cable caused the turnbuckle to unwind almost completely. GREAT SECURITY! We contacted the company immediately via email and thankfully received a quick response. They promised to send a new hitch and seat for our problems. That was a few weeks ago and we haven't received anything. I sent a second email with a question about shipping and a tracking number and received no response. I suspect they are waiting for the return window to close so they don't lose money because we are returning the zipline. The bottom line is that if there is a problem, don't expect any real help from the company. Everything else works fine except for the steering knuckle. We were so excited about the Zipline (and looking forward to a new turnbuckle coming soon) that we replaced the faulty turnbuckle with a heavy-duty 1900-pound turnbuckle. (do not risk). It works, but you can't pull the line as tight as you can with a turnbuckle. But even with some wiggle room, it works great for kids. And the old swing worked instead of a seat. I'll update my review if we ever get the promised new turnbuckle and seat. Only disappointed, the company made empty promises.
