I ordered size 12 months, it was too big. Closer to 2T. In general it seems to be of good quality. I'm keeping it for my little one to fit in at some point.
- Very good quality, very easy to put on and take off. So in Seattle this has to be a product for kids.
- Some parts of the design may be too tight or too loose.
