The ability of this software is that it has easy user interface for end users in addition to management team members who are not familiar with any technical aspects. This program enables fast transfer of sales orders from one location to another without manual intervention or errors which can cause wastage of time. It also helps employees manage their work schedule more effectively in order to improve productivity within an organization at different levels. In terms of cost effectiveness I have no major issues but there should be better integration between desktop applications (e.g., Excel) so as we could easily move around using our mobile devices while still maintaining complete access over all files stored locally. We were able to streamline business process including tracking customer purchases across multiple locations using real-time information such as product availability status and price history. Our customers do enjoy seamless service delivery since they only need to communicate with 1 point contact regarding purchase details rather than having many points of interaction.
