I like that you can get reports from all aspects of your inventory, and also make sure to take stock as often as possible. There seems to be a lag time when it comes to updating reports or sending emails out directly. We use this service mostly for inventory tracking purposes and we found nothing negative about it. It is a great product! Reporting is extremely helpful. This feature really allows us to keep track of our inventory without having a team member physically there. I like how easy it is to use, you can do everything from your phone or computer with ease! The customer service could be better but they are very helpful in getting things done quickly when needed!! Do not hesitate about this product. Great app that has made my life easier at work by allowing me quick access of all information through our website system as well. !
