Total disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality test!!!

Bought for work, because. a free point appeared (tired of paying 550 for unlimited 3g from Amazon). Some kind of terrible UG, but maybe I was just unlucky, although, judging by the reviews, I am not the only one so unlucky. I'm going to return. Has pros: I haven’t noticed in a week of use, the D-Link DWA-131 dongle, which has been used at home without complaints for almost a year as an access point for laptops and phones (quite enough), is smaller and looks more stylish, and even cheaper. Has some cons It does not find a point located literally 5 meters above it (on the next floor), although the smartphone sees this point and connects to it perfectly. If it finds it, a connection is established, but no IP is assigned, there is no Internet access, there is a leapfrog "connected-waited-IP did not receive-disconnected-connected again, etc." In SoftAP mode (and through the ASUS utility, and using the seven tools, and the Connectify program), it is not possible to connect another device, the problem is similar - no IP is assigned, checked by the same smartphone, and still at home with a laptop.

At a distance of a meter from the d-link 615 router (standing behind the wall), there is already a minimum reception level and a regular loss of communication. For comparison, the receiving device in a laptop makes it possible to work through three such walls at a distance of seven meters from the same router.

Different pros: Easy to install, but who will surprise you with this? Has cons: Very bad signal pickup. Loses connection.
