Ordered and used numerous refills and have been very satisfied. I just used a new refill and doubled and kinked within 5 minutes of use. Dissatisfied. Waste $9. I hope this is a rare situation but not at all pleasant. Update - My rating has changed from 2 stars to 1. As mentioned, I've been using this product for quite some time and I'm happy with it. I'm not sure if this is the new version but it's awful. keeps pulling up i.e. ripping cardboard and ruining my work. Although it indicates I'm buying what I've always bought, the latest refills are crap. Update #2 – I'm still reviewing the stock, that I bought and my rating hasn't changed. A complete crappy product and it doesn't seem to have any customer support behind it. I'm tired of getting less than half of the product before it spoils. This wasn't always the case, but the quality has SIGNIFICANTLY deteriorated! Disappointing. Save your money especially because there is no customer service behind a poor quality product.
