Review on BT Cloud Phone by Mario Schultz

The best thing about this product is that It's very user friendly even if you're not tech savvy. Some of the things I dislike is that it doesn't have a lot of customization options. When you get your phone system set up to your liking after sometime it becomes difficult to change the settings because there are so many options. Overall my experience has been quite enjoyable. We were looking at different PBX products and this was our favorite one right off the bat. There isn't anything I really disliked about this service. They offer unlimited minutes which is great when you don't know how much you'll be using per month. Also they gave us free upgrades whenever we needed them. The most useful feature is the ability to have many different phone numbers with one account. This allows a single number to be used for multiple purposes. This is useful, but sometimes the interface can be complicated to navigate. I would recommend the product to anyone who needs a lot of flexibility with their phone system. We are able to utilize a single phone number for all of our departments. This has made things much easier for our employees.
