Just installed on a 2008 Civic LX with K&N Cold Air Intake. You'll feel the difference as soon as you turn it on, and each adjustment increases throttle response. Not only when starting off, but also when accelerating once you have already picked up speed. When I installed a K&N cold air intake, throttle response improved and it was more fun to drive. This goes one step further and gives you full throttle control for the first time. No more time lag/reaction lag when accelerating. Highly recommended and easy to install. Disconnect the cable from the accelerator pedal and connect the wire harness, this will take about 10 minutes or less. A device the size of a remote control for a car radio. A warning though. Only change the settings when you are at a bus stop. I switched from sport mode to city mode and immediately felt the difference, similar to downshifting. Not critical, but very noticeable.
