Better than what they gave out in the ER and better than what I bought from my local national chain pharmacy. The Velcro closure does not damage the fabric of the bandage, as quickly happened with another brand given out by the hospital. I fold the velcro over the end of the bandage and then fold it up starting at the end of the velcro. This means that the bandage can be wrapped very easily with one hand if necessary, without the Velcro covering everything. The velcro can then be detached from the end of the bandage when I'm ready to use it.
