I like that subTask lets me assign each task to several team members, so it's easy see who is working or not at any time! Also helps when assigning tasks as well which makes my life easier (my work day has multiple projects going). It just takes some getting used too - but once you do get started there are no downsides here either! The best thing about this program? You can add pictures of your assigned tickets/tasks & edit them accordingly-which saves tons in terms of screenshots needed later if we need more info from customers regarding their support requests!! Great service with awesome people behinds Subtask!! If i had issues during installation process they were sorted pretty quickly by our account manager @subskteams@. They also have great FAQ section online where all users questions will be answered within hours. A The ability to manage tasks from anywhere in your computer is great, it's very easy of use! It also has an app which allows you can send task reminders or just check their status at anytime without even having access through my phone so that saves time as well!! Subtask does not have any specific downside but I would like more options such us adding projects/tasks per day limit etc.. But overall its good application with many features are included (Task reminder & Status).
