Review on 🔪 Dexter 8-inch x 3¼-inch Chinese Chef's Knife - Premium Quality and Versatility by Stacey Jones

I have no doubt this is a great knife for many people. Unfortunately, I'm not one of them. I find the weight of the blade awkward to control and tiring to use for long periods of time. It slices, slices, and dices well, but no better than my French chef's knife or santoku. If I had used this type of knife earlier in my culinary life, I might have felt more comfortable with it. Honestly, this knife is well made and has a very reasonable price. It does what it's supposed to do and I'm sure many people will find it an excellent addition to their kitchen. It just doesn't work for me.
