The keyboard was DOA right out of the box! Here you have the restore to a new state. The item didn't look used at all but apparently never tested. The 10% savings over the cost of a new unit is hardly worth the 10% as I have to pay shipping to return a defective item. There will be no more items from this seller! UPDATE: Very disappointed that I had to pay an additional $8.55 to return a defective item. I had to do what I'm doing now, which is to buy a new keyboard directly from Revain, not one of their resellers. It would be possible to save money and get a working item.
