Customer Support Is FANTASTIC for when you run into trouble

Ease of use. The customer support is very responsive and helpful. I had some issues with installation that were fixed quickly by a developer who came to our office and showed me how to do it wrong. It's still not perfect, but as mentioned above, their support made that work. We are able to capture all the info we need from our clients via this tool and communicate that to crews so they can keep their jobs running smoothly. I love how easy it was to use once we got our account set up right. It took some getting used to but not too bad at all! The customer support is great as well. We are able to see everything that happens in real-time which makes us feel like we're always kept updated with what's going on. Nothing really. This program has helped me keep my employees organized so they can be focused more on their jobs than having to constantly check things off of an excel sheet or paper log book.
