The software has been very flexible when it comes to customization of reports.

We have used this tool for many years now with our clients in different industries and we are still using it today as well! I think the only thing which could be improved would be maybe some more detailed reporting options such as charts or graphs etc but other than that everything works flawlessly!! It's pretty easy to use once you get familiar with the layout of the dashboard. It helps us monitor all aspects of our client's environment from network devices up to servers and application level performance etc so there isn't much room for error.
