After a curve of adapting to a new product, it's AMAZING. Delicious giant waffles. I wanted a VillaWare waffle maker, but it's the same product with a different name. I agree the audio is a bit odd but I don't miss it. I have celiac disease. Tips: Use LOTS of non-stick spray. A LOT OF. If you're having trouble getting the waffles out in pieces, you'll need more spray. If you have a problem with the bottom being a perfect beautiful waffle and the top being a sad partially filled depressing mass, try this: Pour in the batter, close the waffle maker and turn it over so the batter dies top fills.
