Disappointment, it doesn't work!

Very disappointed with this tool. Installing the small blade is not easy at all, you have to bend it without breaking it to fit the handle, needless to say I broke the first 2. After inserting the blade, I attempted to 'cut' the design I had made on my clients head and nothing didn't! I was hoping this would help reduce the time it took me to create a design. Needless to say, I ended up using my clippers.
