Review on Eleo by Osoulo Sharp

I like how easy it is for us as volunteers to update our own information so we don't need to get in touch with the staff all of the time. It's not very intuitive and you end up having to learn things by trial and error; however once you figure out what you're doing it becomes much easier than other systems. They should also make this system available to small organizations - they are missing some major markets! We've been able to automate a lot of our processes which allows us to focus more of our time on actually helping donors and less on paperwork. I like how easy it is for donors, volunteers or staff members to log in from anywhere with an internet connection! It's pretty intuitive once you get used to using it. You can't export reports unless they are saved as CSV files which isn't ideal if we want something more complex than just basic reporting. We've been able to streamline our communications between volunteer groups through this system so much better then other tools out there (like email).
