Wrinkled pages - flip effect

Great screen. However, I would give 5 stars if it weren't creased. Yes, it crumpled when I pulled it down (see attached photos). When I watch a movie there is an ugly mirror effect on the film. Especially when looking at corners or the landscape in a scene, there is a noticeable rollover effect. Otherwise, if it's an action game centered more in the middle of the screen, you can barely make it out. This is an annoyance and I don't know how to fix it. I'm stuck with wrinkles. Ugly! Otherwise it works fine.
