I didn't expect a high-quality tool at this price. I was just looking for something suitable for occasional use at a hardware store. The quality of the set I received was more than adequate even for my needs. Two of the sensors had irregularly shaped hemispheres, making the sensors too imprecise to measure accurately. In one of the two, the spring tension on one leg of the hemisphere was not sufficient to keep the hemisphere round when measuring holes near the gauge's minimum diameter. The other gauge's thumbscrew mechanism didn't turn easily, making it difficult to "feel" when the gauge was properly seated in the hole. As a detail of interest to others, it was noted that the hemisphere and stock were molded rather than machined for all calibers. I have returned the items.
