Review on 🚴 Polar Bottle Breakaway Wave Bike Water Bottle: Enhancing Your Cycling Experience with Lightweight Convenience by Mark Loredo

Bought to use on my MTB as my frame needs a slanted bottom bottle so it doesn't rub against the seat tube (Tallboy 3). Two problems with this bottle: 1) The opening is very wide. Unlike the standard pop top bottle, this one has a recess about 1/2 inch deep and 1/2 inch wide or so. This means that on an MTB trail you pick up dirt and sand throughout your ride. 2) Bottle cage grip area too low. Every other bottle I have sits at the bottom of the bottle holder. For some reason the tapered portion of this bottle is too low leaving about a 1/4 inch gap between the bottle and the bottom of the cage. This did not cause bottle security issues, but did introduce additional wear at the points of contact with the cage.
