I like the charging function. Micro-USB for charging, so don't worry about changing multiple AA batteries or losing your proprietary power bank. When sharpening, it works very quietly and quickly. Don't press too hard when sharpening as this can prevent the auto-stop feature from working properly. It's big but strong so I think it should last longer than my previous sharpener which the kids broke in about 2 months! The automatic pen diameter adjustment is great and helps center the pen for consistent sharpening. The large container is easy to empty and opens easily to remove and replace the blade unit. I would suggest that I need to contact the manufacturer for a replacement. They seem very responsive to questions so I don't think this will be a problem.
