Fast, strong and comfortable

I like the charging function. Micro-USB for charging, so don't worry about changing multiple AA batteries or losing your proprietary power bank. When sharpening, it works very quietly and quickly. Don't press too hard when sharpening as this can prevent the auto-stop feature from working properly. Great sharpener #2 and colored pencils!

Nice sharpener! My wife needed it for standard #2 pencils, but I wanted to use it occasionally for crayons (crayons are tricky because the "lead" is so soft it often breaks). This sharpener did an excellent job of both, with a very sharp edge. We didn't see much of a difference with the point adjuster. All points came out sharp (the "blunt" setting came out like a regular pencil sharpener, and the "sharp" setting was incredibly sharp). It's okay, and if I have to settle for one kind of…

Pencil is difficult to insert

Based on the reviews I expected this to be the best pencil sharpener, especially for an artist! But when I just use regular pencils I found that they weren't easy to use because for some reason some force is required to insert the pencil and start the sharpener. This is actually quite difficult and I found I had to use two hands to secure the sharpener and apply enough pressure to the pencil. Pretty inconvenient when you're drawing something and trying to sharpen it on the go. Not the best tool

Well I'm a big fan of pencils and I know I'm not alone so I won't credit this one because the struggle to keep them sharp is real. I have hand sharpeners everywhere, some of which are pretty good. but this one is amazing. I will say that I have another version of this sharpener (same brand), the other has the ability to make the tips long and it works great for drawing but not for others. THIS isn't the longest style but I've never had such fantastic results with my colored pencils, I'm talking

Edited: 11/13/2020: This item is AMAZING. I've had this since May. It has been used A LOT. I mean A LOT. Between me and the baby unit, this sharpener is used frequently and daily. Not only does it hold up exceptionally well with all types of pencils (metal colored pencils are welcome!), I loaded it up for the FIRST TIME yesterday! This charge lasts 6 months, folks. 6 months!
