Ultra Conditioning Lip Balm is my new favorite everyday lip balm. The texture is oily, smooth, melts well, without the feeling of a layer of wax; It has a texture that's more like a potted balm, but the stick shape makes it more portable and (in my opinion) quicker to apply. The taste is light and I didn't notice any real flavor. Although the description says the finish is matte, it has a bit of shine, leaving your lips looking hydrated but not shiny. It absorbs and/or rubs off like most other balms, but it works quite deeply so I don't have to constantly apply it to my lips. I usually apply a light coat morning/noon/evening. It would be ideal if it contained SPF 30.
