I ordered this for my daughter's fairy costume before Halloween. She rejoiced because it caught fire as she served. It worked right away, she danced in it that night and then carefully put it away because we didn't want to "waste battery". She's four years old, but she has incredible self-control. We brought the Halloween tutu back to school and I told her she could use the light at school but she insisted we save the battery for the late night treats. Halloween is coming in a few days, it's getting dark, we turn on the tutu and the LIGHTS DON'T WORK! All that patience and waiting and they didn't even work when we needed them. I am so disgusted with this product that I didn't even test it to see what the problem was (be it the battery or the cable connection to the battery pack). Save yourself the hassle and buy another brand.
