Purchased after replacing the doors on my 1992 Chevrolet Silverado. I wanted the new strikers to help open and close the doors properly. They go out the same way as the old ones. The only difference is that these new strikers don't use a torx bit like the originals. Not a big deal since you don't have to over tighten them anyway. Keep in mind. You will need access to the nut located on the back of the door frame. I have an extended cabin so getting there was easy. Tahoe/Suburban/Single Cabs it's best to see how to access this nut before you unscrew the old latch and the nut loosens in the body.
