I bought it as a gift for my brother and sister in law. While downloading as instructed, we were unable to get it to work with a 2020 Hyundai Palisade, 2019 Doge Ram, or 2017 Ford Mustang. We tried everything he said to no avail. Returned them and ended up buying a CPlay2Air adapter from the cplay2air website. It worked immediately on all three machines without any problems. It's more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
