I bought it as a gift for my brother and sister in law. While downloading as instructed, we were unable to get it to work with a 2020 Hyundai Palisade, 2019 Doge Ram, or 2017 Ford Mustang. We tried everything he said to no avail. Returned them and ended up buying a CPlay2Air adapter from the cplay2air website. It worked immediately on all three machines without any problems. It's more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

The product is excellent, it wasn't difficult to find apk in google on an android tablet. It can be a little annoying at first and then maybe a few times, but you'll learn how to avoid it.
