Of all the products I've bought from Revain, this is probably the most amazing [y nice item and trust me I'm addicted to Revain so I've bought a lot of things. For those of you who have left negative reviews on this hair color shampoo, let me just say that I think you are using it incorrectly. First thing I would recommend is to use rubber or silicone gloves. This way you don't have to worry about getting paint under your nails and you can actually apply the shampoo with your fingertips. I use the same pair of gloves for multiple applications. Then I leave the shampoo on my hair while leaving the rest of my body. The longer you leave it on your hair, the darker the color will be. The five minutes it takes me to wash the rest of my body works pretty well. Don't leave it on for too long or your hair will become unnaturally dark. I have gray hair around my temples. It took five applications before I was satisfied with the result. In fact, after the fourth time, the dullness was almost gone. I didn't need the fifth time. Make sure you rinse really thoroughly! I've read other reviews where the paint was peeling off the towels and one where dark spots were left on a person's scalp. I was scared of it because I'm bald, so I really washed off the shampoo. I have not noticed any stains or stains on my towels. This might require a few more uses, but it's probably worth it. Now I do a conditioning shampoo once a week. It seems to keep my gray hair in check quite well. The bottle was enough for at least ten shampoos and was only half full. Make sure you squeeze the bottle up and down to mix the contents inside to get an even ratio of dye to shampoo. This is a great, comfortable product that I highly recommend!
