Completely broke in less than 2 weeks!
The plastic strap broke after a week and a half of use. I was able to put it back together and it worked for a few more days, but after today it broke completely. The cheap plastic knob holding the tensioner in place has come loose from the retaining flange. I was able to carefully put it back in and use it. Today it fell apart for the second time and the mounting sleeve broke. This hat is very comfortable and with a name like Lincoln I would have thought it would be of better quality but after less than 2 weeks of daily use it is completely useless. Pretty disappointing.
