I was dissatisfied with my most recent shopping experience at SISGEM because I am an expert in the fashion business. Although their website offers a sizable variety of women's apparel, accessories, and jewelry, the standard of their offerings was far from satisfactory. I instantly observed flaws in the clothing's stitching and fabric, as well as scratches on the jewelry, after getting my order. The absence of customer service made the situation even more frustrating. It took me several tries to get in touch with their customer service department, and when I did, they were useless and unresponsive when I tried to voice my concerns. Overall, I was dissatisfied with SISGEM, and I would advise others to avoid doing business with them.
