The user interface is very intuitive to use-it's easy even if have never used such services before! It has an option that allows me create templates which I love because it reduces my workload in creating new contracts each time i need one.-the cost isn't too high at all since this service offers free trial period so there are no risks involved when signing up -The customer support could be improved but they respond fast once contacted by them (via live chat).

My clients trust their invoice statements more than any other document as well due its simplicity compared to others like Quickbooks Online etc.--.
