So I first used it one night kayaking with my brother and we slept in hammocks. That night it started raining and it was 48 degrees and at first we just lay on it but at night it got colder so we ended up in the bag and it worked a lot better. I am 6ft 2ft 235lbs and was tall enough for me. I would recommend this bag for several reasons, 1 because it's small and compact and takes up very little space, 2 because it really keeps you warm and also repels water, 3 because it's pretty durable and holds up great, and I'm me sure i can get 20+ uses of this and 4 for the price its a great deal.
