I have ordered three of these lamps. Delivered on time, well packaged, item intact. All required mounting hardware including ceiling junction box screws and wire nuts and drywall fixings for the supplied remote control wall brackets. I was scared after reading all the one star reviews and came back with almost no installation. In general, the design is flawless. I like the ease with which the bullets can be removed. One reviewer claims they drilled a hole to route the wiring down the center of the base. This is not necessary as there is enough clearance between the base and the ceiling to accommodate the LED transformer cables (the Romex cable must be plugged into the ceiling junction box). The light quality is excellent. Not too bright like many LED lights. The best light quality is achieved at the maximum brightness setting, since the white and warm LEDs are switched on at the same time (personal preference). With this setting, the light can be dimmed while maintaining white and warm light at the same time. The scattering of light through the globe is uniform. It was easy to sync one remote to control all three at the same time. The remote controls require two AAA batteries.
