I bought several of these, one for myself and the rest as Christmas gifts. When I first received them I was a bit disappointed because they were a bit longer than I expected and "quick response" was cleared internally at over 4 seconds. The seller emailed me asking if I received it and how I liked it. I honestly replied with the above and said I was considering returning them. He replied almost immediately that if I tried one of them for 30 days and still didn't like it, I could return them for a full refund, no questions asked. So I gave it a try and yes I like it and kept it. I like the fact that it turns off automatically when you put the probe back into the case. It's really faster than other electronic thermometers I've owned, and its size allows you to check the meat on the grill without leaving a burr on your hand. The business end of the probe isn't tiny, but it's still quite small and makes a very small hole in the flesh. So I still like it and recommend it to other grillers. Besides, how can you go wrong with such customer service?
