I love everything from this company except the food scale. So far. Scales are one of my favorite things in the world and I had to give it a second try. Turns out the grocery scale is great too; However, if you use the TARE function frequently, it will take some time to get used to it. When I press the TARE button, the screen flashes immediately but doesn't reset to zero, leading me to believe the button didn't work. Then I started hitting the TARE button multiple times hoping it would reset to zero. Well, it turns out that the TARE button just "thinks". If you press the button, watch it blink and then WAIT for a second or two, the screen will reset to zero. The TARE feature gives other food scales a slight advantage over these, but looks, accuracy, cleanliness and company values help win back the advantage.
