Installation was easy. Removing the old one was awful. I'm 6ft 4in and over 300lbs. so the old one was practically shrink-wrapped, it was that cozy. But if it was, what's the difference. I'm pretty evenly spaced so my legs aren't very long, but most chairs are too low. With new 3 inch wheels and a new piston, my chair is perfect. The butt is fully collapsed at the lowest height and now fits my legs and posture perfectly. I have to lift my table 3 inches to get under it because it's too short. Overall, it's nice to finally have a chair that fits me and doesn't let me down because this plunger is the right size. Maybe even a little high.
