I use light to illuminate my face during video chats (zoom, etc.). The light works well and improves my visibility and appearance. One aspect to note is that the image is misleading; The tripod has only one height (approx. 13 cm). It doesn't slide up, although the picture gives the impression that it can be mounted at different heights.
