I've worked with Engage for several years now and we are still working together today. This is one of the best software tools out there, especially when it comes to content marketing! The team at Engage has been phenomenal to work with. They're flexible and always willing to help me get my campaigns set up properly. This product does a great job of helping us connect with our ideal customers across multiple channels. I'm not sure what I'd like to see improved the most, but it's hard to come up with something specific. It's a great tool that helps us create high-quality content marketing campaigns and increase brand engagement. The ability to connect with our customers, the ease of use, the ability to track a large amount of data, the ability to see what campaigns are working and the ability to see what campaigns are not working. I wish the system was a little more user friendly but that is a minor issue. The ability to see what campaigns are working and what campaigns are not working. This has helped us to see what campaigns are not working and we can make changes to the campaigns before the next quarter.
