Excellent packaging - no damage. Comes with a recipe guide and two vacuum bags for the sous vide option. 7 liters is huge and this thing is beautiful. My fiancé saw this added to my basket and bought it for me as a surprise, but I also bought it at the same time. Left one and returned the order but love it so much and regret coming back! If I knew how amazing this slow cooker works, I would keep both and send one to my dad as a birthday present! I'll have to order more for Christmas. If you are thinking of buying this for your home or as a gift for someone else, DO IT.
